Multi-award winning Alchemist Mike Allen is happiest behind the bar creating new cocktails to surprise and delight his guests. He loves creating unique and finely crafted cocktails that you ‘experience’. Complex, simple but superb, light + breezy, we have a cocktail to suit your mood.
We use a selection of quality spirits, including local gins along with our housemade syrups, shrubs and bitters. Garnished and served in beautiful glassware, we present our cocktails for your enjoyment.

Our Wine List is ever evolving and we enjoy to serve wine that we love. We have met the winemakers, we have walked in the vineyards and we like to share the stories of these wines with our guests.
